About Lina

Lina Vonti is a professional artist specializing in intuitive and abstract painting. With 12 years of formal training in fine art, she has studied at various art schools, refining her craft and developing a unique artistic voice. Based in Helsinki, Finland, Lina creates her dreamlike, emotionally charged paintings from her studio in Vallila.

In 2022, she founded Lina Vonti Art Oy, marking a significant milestone in her artistic career. Her work has been exhibited internationally and is collected by art lovers across the world.

The Artistic Process

“For me, creating art is a deeply emotional and intuitive experience. I never plan my paintings - each piece is a direct reflection of my emotions in the moment. What you see on the canvas is pure freedom, raw emotion, and an appreciation for the beauty of life.

I don’t paint daily or on schedule; I create only when I feel inspired. Sometimes, I take long breaks - weeks or even months - to recharge creatively. But when inspiration strikes, I immerse myself completely, painting for days with only rare breaks for food and rest.

My art is a balance of contrasts - light and darkness, joy and sorrow, vulnerability and strength. Every brushstroke captures a fleeting, unrepeatable moment of emotion. Each piece is unique, impossible to replicate, filled with imperfections that make it beautifully real.”

Lina’s work continues to evolve, capturing the essence of human emotion and offering viewers a glimpse into a world where art is created with passion, spontaneity, and deep authenticity.
