It sounds easy, right?

But in reality you rarely remember to upload a post at the end of the day. You feel tired and there's nothing to write about. Sounds familiar?

I've listed a few of my personal tips that help me and my clients to post consistently on Insta and to actually enjoy it.

My 1:1 content creation coaching teaches artists how to grow Instagram in a healthy way and get the most out of it. Read more about it here.

Let's start with posting tips:

Figure out your posting schedule

Think realistically how many times per week can you post? Consider your work schedule, family and personal time. Come up with a posting schedule. It could be from posting daily to every other day or twice a week. There's no perfect option that suits everyone. Choose what actually works for you in a long term.

Have content ready to post

This will make your life so much easier. Have lots of photos ready to post. If you batch your photos, like I teach in my coaching programs, you know how helpful that is. You can also write captions for Insta in advance or just have a list/plan with caption ideas. This will make your posting routine easier and more enjoyable.

Plan and schedule

When you know that you're gone be busy or to just make your life easier use Insta scheduling app like Preview or Later. Schedule your posts in advance so you don't have to worry about it anymore.

Have a content plan

On days when you're sick, busy or just not in the mood to post this is a lifesaver. You can create a content plan for a week or a month to have topics and ideas for future content.

Rest

Have days when you don't post on social media. This will ensure that you don't get tired of posting or get a burnout. Posting online consistently is a lot of work and you need to have days free from it. To feel inspired and actually enjoy the whole process, make yourself a day free of Insta once a week or once in 10 days.

I hope you've found this blog post helpful, let me know if you have any questions or topic suggestions for future blog posts🧡
