PAINTING lessons
Painting classes can be done online or offline. If it’s offline you’ll be invited to my art studio in Helsinki (Vallila) to create art with me. I’ll show you my paintings, all the materials and tools I use to create art.
What’s included:
50x50cm canvases
Paints, brushes, palette knives, oil pastels, oil sticks and all art supplies use
3 or 6 hours of painting
Tea/coffee
I will be personally teaching you all my painting techniques, layering and finishing paintings. We’ll go over colour combinations, composition and light/shadow balance. I’ll help you move from starting a painting to finishing it and how to understand when the painting is actually finished.
In the end you’ll have a painting or a few that you created with me and the techniques and skills I teach you will be forever yours. I will not hide anything from you and I will teach you exactly what I use to create my paintings. I truly believe that with the same set of skills everyone can create different artwork, so I want to pass my knowledge and experience to you - so you can learn faster, find your unique beautiful style and have your own voice as an artist.
I studied art in art schools for 12 years and I’ve been painting for more than two decades. I want to pass this knowledge to other artists. I prefer to work one-on-one because this allows me to be fully present in the moment, and to teach one person very well, rather than teach many people just a few things.
